This house wrap is designed for extreme moisture protection and has mastic selvedge on both edges for improved sealing. It has a broad temperature range allowing installation in cold weather. The SubSeal-40 can adhere to most clean, dry surfaces including: wood, vinyl, metal, and masonry.
