Concrete and Garage Interior/Exterior Recoat Primer is a premium primer/bonder with excellent top coat adhesion. Primer is designed for use over previously coated garage and interior/exterior concrete floors. After applying Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer, the floor is ready to be top coated with any opaque epoxy, 2-part epoxy or RockSolid Polycuramine. Color: Gray.
