Bobco Metals 4 x 4 Hot Rolled, Gray Weldable A36 Steel Plate – 10 Pieces

This sturdy steel plate provides stable anchor to posts and structures on brick, concrete or cinder block surfaces. The metal plate is hot-rolled and made of A36 steel, the same standard-grade alloy used in the construction of buildings. With a wide range of general and industrial applications, this steel plate supports structures subject to heavy vibration. The steel base may also be used as a mount for permanently installed equipment. Each metal plate has a smooth, stained gray finish that provides an ideal base for painting. This allows for an even, wear-resistant top coat that prevents paint from peeling or chipping. Each plate measures 4 X 4 and is 3/16 thick. Holes are pre-drilled on all 4 corners, with each hole measuring 3/8 in diameter. Additional holes may be added to the plate using a heavy-duty, hard drill bit.
