It has an interrupt rating of 300 kilo-Amps VAC RMS and 100 kilo-Amps VDC. Fuse offers a time-delay of minimum 10 seconds at 500% of rated current providing ultimate protection. It features ferrule ends, is made of melamine and can be mounted on a holder with clip termination. Its long time delay characteristic reduces unwanted fuse openings caused by temporary overloads and transient surges. It measures 0.810 Inch x 2.250 Inch. Low voltage fuse has lower resistance for cool operation. It offers type 2 coordinated protection for NEMA and IEC motor controllers when properly sized and saves space for equipment downsizing. Also provides maximum protection to motors against burnout from overloads and single phasing. Fuse also has selective coordination ratio of 2:1 that prevents electrical shutdowns from extending beyond the failed circuit. It finds application in industrial control, branch circuit breaker panelboard mains, machinery disconnects, power panelboards. Fuse is UL listed and CE/CSA certified.
