• How It Works.
• 1. When the water is below both sensors, the pump is off.
• 2. The pump is off when the water is above the Black Sensor (Lo-Sensor), but hasn’t reached the Red Sensor (Hi-Sensor).
• 3. When the water reaches the Red Sensor (Hi-Sensor), the pump is turned on.
• 4. The pump stays on while the water is between the sensors.
• 5. The pump is turned off when the water drops below the Black Sensor (Lo-Sensor).

The HC6000 Hi-Lo Pump Controller is a dual float, universal switch, that works with all types of sump pumps and utility pumps. Its two sensors give you complete control of where your pump turns on and where it turns off. When used with the right utility pump you can set the turn on level as low as 1/2 inch of water, and turn off as low as 1/8 inch of water. When used with a sump pump you can adjust the turn on and turn off levels to get the longest run time for the pump, which saves you energy and gets a longer service life from the pump. The HC6000 is also great for other applications such as hydroponics, aquariums, rain harvesting, etc. UL rated for 3/4 HP, 14 Amps, this switch is heavier duty than other electronic switches.
