AccuFooting concrete footing system comes with 36 rebar chair braces that will complete an average 2000 square foot home or 200 lineal feet per pack. The braces or spreaders are typically 6 feet apart based on a 4.5in concrete slump mixture. The rebar chairs for each brace will hold the rebar a minimum of 3.5 inches from the outside of the footing. This design meets the code requirement for rebar placement in a footing. No more dobies, strip spreaders and time-consuming rebar ties required. When the building inspectors arrive at the job they see the AccuFooting braces and know the job is done right. The bright orange color makes the rebar stand out and the layout of the work is clean and professional.
