ABS Plus is for drain, waste and vent purposes only. It is for Non-Pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140 deg F. It is lightweight, has a PVC core, requires no special tools for cutting and is easily installed by solvent cementing (no primer required). Astm F 628 specification covers coextruded ABS plastic drain, waste, and vent pipe made to Schedule 40 iron pipe size (Ips). Astm D 2661 specification covers fittings and single extruded (solid wall) (Abs) plastic drain, waste, and vent pipe made to Schedule 40 iron pipe sizes.
