Designed for use on vertical surfaces, DICOR Tan Non-Sag Self Leveling Lap Sealant is a flexible, waterproof compound that instantly creates an impermeable seal along roof edges and around air vents, vent pipes, air conditioners, or screw heads. This ultra-convenient item is appropriate for use on a variety of surface materials including rubber, fiberglass, aluminum, wood, steel, masonry, mortar, vinyl, galvanized metal, and concrete. Once applied, this product creates a secure yet flexible watertight seal so you never have to worry about damage from the elements. To apply, clean and dry the surface area and utilize standard caulking equipment to carefully pipe the product into place. This UV-stabilized material is completely free of hazardous air pollutants and will never stain or discolor your materials or surfaces. Just 5-minutes after application, an outer skin will form so that you can paint right over the application site. And after 30-days, you’ll enjoy a watertight seal that is 100% cured.
