Three rubber blocks are included that fit into the rain grooves of the tire for a secure fit. The car tie-down strap is made with 12,000 lb. industrial-grade polyester webbing for maximum hauling strength and durability. The tough webbing secures your vehicle with limited bounce and is abrasion- and shrink-resistant. A black Cordura sleeve protects the webbing from wear and tear around the floating e track fitting.
